# Brand Settings

Expand the Brand dropdown.

1. Site description: Midnight does not use site description. However, I suggest adding a site description for SEO purposes.
2. Accent color: Midnight does not use an accent color to change any major theme design. However, it will be displayed on the left side as a solid color when you do not upload a cover image. If you plan to show the Portal button, then you can keep the accent color to match the colors of your publication.
3. Publication icon: This is the favicon of your website. Please upload a square png image.
4. Publication logo: This will be the logo of your publication. Your site title will be displayed if you do not upload any logo.
5. Publication cover: This is the main image shown on the left side. A solid background with the site's accent color will be displayed if you do not upload any cover image. Please note that there is a overlay on the image uploaded for better text visibility. If you remove the cover image, the overaly will be removed.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.themeupstudio.com/midnight/customization/design-settings/brand-settings.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
