To access Design settings, please go to Settings Design.
You'll see two groups:
Brand Settings: These are pre-defined settings provided by Ghost out-of-box. Theme developers can use these settings as per their implementation.
Site-wide Settings: These settings are provided by the theme developers for customizing the look without code changes.
