FAQs
What makes Theme Up Studio themes different?
Our themes are designed for modern publishers—fast, SEO-friendly, accessible, and easy to customize. Each theme includes powerful layouts, smart defaults, and detailed setup docs so you can launch quickly without relying on developers.
Can I preview the theme before I purchase it?
Yes! Every theme has a live demo website you can explore. Browse pages, test menu navigation, view membership flows, and see how posts and pages look on desktop + mobile before making a decision.
Do your themes support memberships and paid newsletters?
Yes. All current themes include native support for Ghost Members, signups, login, account pages, and paid tiers. Membership UIs vary by theme, and the docs explain what’s available in each one.
Will my theme work with Ghost updates in the future?
Absolutely. We stay aligned with Ghost’s release cycle, and updates are included with your purchase. If Ghost releases breaking changes, we patch themes quickly and publish instructions in the docs.
Can I use the theme on multiple websites?
Licensing options vary by theme. We offer:
Single-site license — for one active Ghost website
Multi-site license (when available) — for multiple installations
Custom or agency licenses on request Check each theme’s product page for exact license details.
Do I get access to all themes with one purchase?
Each theme is sold separately unless listed in a bundle, lifetime package, or promotional offer.
Do you build custom themes?
Yes! If you need a fully custom Ghost design—built from Figma, tailored to your brand, or created with unique layouts—contact us.
Where can I ask questions before buying?
Send us a message anytime through our contact form or support email. We’re happy to help you choose the right theme for your project, business, or publication.
Do I need to know code to use Theme Up Studio themes?
No. All themes work perfectly out of the box, and most settings are managed through Ghost’s built-in editor. If you want deeper control—like changing layouts or modifying styles—you can edit the theme files, but it’s optional.
Which Ghost version do these themes support?
All active themes are fully compatible with latest version of Ghost CMS. Any version-specific notes, upgrade instructions, or breaking changes will be highlighted inside each theme’s documentation.
Can I use the theme on Ghost(Pro) and self-hosted Ghost?
Yes. Every Theme Up Studio theme supports both platforms. Some advanced features—like multilingual routing or code-level customization—are easier and cost-effective on self-hosted Ghost, but they work on Ghost(Pro) as well.
Are updates included?
Yes. Theme Up Studio provides free theme updates for all customers, including compatibility fixes and new features.
Do you provide support?
Yes. Every purchase includes email support during working hours. Support covers installation questions, theme behaviour, and bug issues. Custom development is also available—just ask!
Where can I get help if I’m stuck?
Start by browsing your theme’s guide—most common answers are already covered. If you still need assistance, submit a support request or email us with your theme name and a short description of the issue.
